Payment Terms
Payment is due within 3 days of receiving an invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services until paid. Pricing and payment details will be outlined in each client agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights

Termination
Either party may terminate services with 3 days’ written notice. Any pre-paid fees will be prorated and refunded for the remaining service period. Project delays or breaches of the terms may result in immediate termination.

SEO Thrive Services reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of United States. Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration.
